PM Modi Shares Sanskrit Verse on Duty and Doing Your Work Well

What Happened

On 30 September 2026, Prime Minister Narendra Modi shared a Sanskrit Subhashitam (a wise saying) on X. The verse explains that a person who stays devoted to their own duty reaches the highest perfection. The Prime Minister said people who do their work with honesty and care should know how this leads to the greatest sense of fulfilment.

He posted the Sanskrit lines along with the message. The verse is written in Sanskrit and talks about doing your own work with full dedication.

The message is a simple reminder for every Indian. Whatever work you do, doing it well and with sincerity matters. You do not need a big role to find meaning in your work. Your daily duty, done honestly, is enough.

For students, workers, farmers, teachers and government staff, the idea is the same. Stay focused on your own responsibilities. Give them your full effort. That path leads to success and inner satisfaction.
