Sadhana Shrinkhla 2026: Mission Karmayogi Training Workshops to Reach Four Regions

What Happened

The Capacity Building Commission is starting Sadhana Shrinkhla 2026. It is a nationwide series of regional consultative meetings. The goal is to change how government training institutes work under Mission Karmayogi. The first meeting will be held at Vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh on 29 and 30 September 2026. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Shri N. Chandrababu Naidu will attend this first event.

Why It Matters

Today, many training institutes only run standalone courses. The plan is to turn them into strategic, competency-driven capacity building institutions. These institutes will focus on the right skills for the right role at the right time. This matters because well-trained officials give you better public services.

More than 900 training institutes will connect on one platform called UNNATI. This will help them share courses, faculty and infrastructure easily. A feature called UNNATI Exchange will make this sharing smoother. Ideas from these meetings will help shape the final Training Institution Transformation Framework. The whole effort supports Mission Karmayogi's goal of building skills for Viksit Bharat @ 2047.

The series follows earlier consultations held through four Regional Task Forces. These include Sadhana Saptah 2026 from 2 to 8 April 2026. A National Departmental Summit on institutionalising capacity building was also held on 15 May 2026.
